Getting To Lisbon

Lisbon is well-connected to major hubs across Canada and the US. Whether you prefer a direct or a quick connection through another European capital, here are your best bets:

Direct from Canada:

  • Toronto (YYZ) & Montreal (YUL): Direct services via TAP, Air Canada and Air Transat.

Direct from the US:

  • New York (JFK/EWR): Daily flights via TAP Air Portugal, United, and Delta.

  • Boston (BOS): Direct via TAP.

  • Washington D.C. (IAD): Direct via TAP and United.

  • Miami (MIA) & San Francisco (SFO): Direct via TAP.

Connecting Flights: If you aren't near a direct hub, easy one-stop connections are available via London (LHR), Madrid (MAD) or Paris (CDG).

Pro-Tip: If you are booking with TAP Air Portugal, we highly recommend their 'Portugal Stopover' programme. It allows you to include a complimentary stopover in Porto on your way to or from the wedding. It’s a brilliant excuse to extend your trip and see more of this beautiful country.

Arriving in Lisbon

Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is conveniently located just 7km from the city centre. Here is how to get to your accommodation:

  • Private Transfers: For a seamless experience, PRADD Tours can arrange a private chauffeured vehicle to meet you at Arrivals. (Please let us know if you’d like us to book this for you).

  • Ride-Share & Taxis: Uber and Bolt are very reliable and affordable in Lisbon. A standard taxi to the city centre usually takes about 20 minutes.

  • The Metro: The "Aeroporto" station is on the Red Line and takes you straight into the heart of the city.
